It has been a universal quest of humans throughout history, although some rely on others or adopt inherited philosophies. Philosophy, once a servant of theology, has lost its significance, leading to a decline in exemplary thinkers and a lack of critical inquiry in religion and the subsequent fall of civilization.
To restore genuine faith and a civilized society that values the common good, a revival of philosophy, particularly metaphysics, is essential. Metaphysics explores the nature of existence, including immaterial realms, and seeks to understand abstract essences and first principles. By analyzing problems at their causal roots, metaphysics provides a method for addressing challenges.
In the first episode we explore the importance of understanding the "First Principles of Philosophy" as a ground work for our subsequent analysis of the topic at hand. The lecture includes the following:
