About this episode
We speak so much about being “good Muslims” and “having strong faith” — but very little about living beautifully before Allah. Yet in the Hadith of Gabriel, the Prophet ﷺ ends by naming this third dimension: Ihsan. In this first episode on Beauty, we begin to unpack what Ihsan actually is: worshipping as if you see Allah, or at least never forgetting that He sees you. We’ll talk about excellence versus perfectionism, outer religiosity versus inner refinement, and why a life without beauty — in character, in worship, in how we deal with others — eventually dries the heart. This is the opening step into a world where Islam is not only true and obligatory, but radiant — where submission and faith begin to flower into something the soul can recognise as home.
